Are most African-Americans of Yoruba and Igbo descent?
IE we came from what is now Nigeria and Cameroon? I'm interested in my lost history, like our religions, languages, culture, etc.
But I want to have a good idea as to where my ancestors maybwe from.
Some of us might be from the Senegal, Angola, and even far out places like the Congo and Mozambique.
Could anyone give me an insight?
Also, what tribe do I look like I could be from?

My dna test said I was black American (duh) Poland, German, Iran, and Spain, and places in South Africa like Venda I want to learn about.
No Native American or Asian DNA.
