What can I do with frozen crab cakes?
I got a ton of frozen crab cakes on an amazing sale during Lent, and they expire really soon. Besides just serving them with a side, what can I do with them? They're Mrs. Paul's if that helps with knowing the breading type and such.
Since they are frozen, the expiration date is a bit of a moot point. Just be certain they are frozen in an airtight container and they will last a good long time in the freezer.
You can serve them with a spicy remoulade sauce. Break them apart and use as a stuffing for sole or flounder filets to bake in the oven. Now, THAT can't be bad!
