I know this may sound funny, but write down the recipes, and mail them to yourself certified. Do not open them. This is a quick, easy way to get a copyright on them just in case some a*sshole tries to steal your idea, and claim they came up with it. Then you have a fighting chance of proving that it's yours. Then, perhaps you can try selling the recipe to like Pillsbury, or some company like that so they can put it on the back of some of their products, or you could try to sell it to a large restaurant chain like Olive Garden or Applebee's or something like that. You may need to check on the internet to find out where their home office is located, then call them. I'm not familiar with it really, but these are some ideas. And of course, another idea is to wait, come up with more recipes, and open your own restaurant using your recipes. If you are a success, then maybe you could open a chain of your own. I have no experience in this area, but this is where I would start if I were you. Good luck!!!!
